McBee Dynasty: Bank Pulls Loan on Cole McBee's House as Steven Jr.'s Ex Reveals Post-Breakup Fallout

The financial storm hanging over the McBee family on Bravo's The McBee Dynasty: The Real American Cowboys has escalated, with brother Steven McBee Jr. delivering devastating news to Cole McBee that could cost Cole and his wife, Kacie Adkison, their family home. The revelation comes in an exclusive clip obtained by Decider ahead of tonight's episode, adding another blow to a season already defined by mounting debt and hard sacrifices for the McBee family.

According to Decider, the clip opens with Cole at the family warehouse alongside Kacie and their daughter, Blair, when he takes a call from Steven. Sensing trouble, Steven first asks whether Kacie can hear him, prompting Cole to step away before delivering the blow: a bank has sent a letter pulling the loan tied to the land under Cole and Kacie's house. Steven tells his brother they will have to pay off the loan in full and get the house moved, a scenario that leaves Cole visibly shaken. Yahoo reported that the loan note is connected to the brothers' father, Steven McBee Sr., meaning the fallout reaches across multiple generations of the family's finances.

"When is this shit going to end, dude?" Cole asks his brother during the call, according to Decider's account of the clip. It's a question that has effectively framed the entire season, which has followed the McBee brothers as they attempt to claw their way out of significant debt. That effort has already forced the family to sell their warehouse, offload cattle, and part with other key pieces of their farming operation, according to Decider.

The timing makes the news especially painful. Decider noted that Cole had previously kept the possibility of losing the house a secret from Kacie, since the property was in his father's name and he didn't want to frighten her. Flashbacks used in the episode remind viewers that this threat has been looming for some time, even as Cole tried to shield his wife from the worst of it. Now, with Kacie and Blair standing just feet away during the phone call unable to make out the specifics, Cole is left to figure out how and when to break the news to his wife directly. Steven's parting instruction to "start thinking about it" and plan a meeting to "figure this out" leaves Cole with a defeated exhale before the clip ends, according to Decider.

The stakes are significant not just financially but emotionally for a family that has built its public identity, and now its reality television storyline, around ranching tradition and resilience. Losing the house that sits on the disputed loan would represent one of the most tangible personal costs the family has faced this season, coming after the sale of business assets that once formed the backbone of their operation.

While Cole and Steven wrestle with the fallout from the family's financial troubles, another storyline from The McBee Dynasty has been playing out very publicly off screen. Allie Eklund, who joined the Bravo series in its third season and was previously in a relationship with Steven McBee Jr., spoke exclusively with Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea about the end of their romance and the aftermath.

Eklund and McBee went Instagram official in November 2025, but the relationship fell apart by April, according to Page Six, after McBee publicly accused her of cheating on him at the Stagecoach music festival. Eklund has denied those allegations and shared screenshots with Page Six of angry text messages McBee sent her during their arguments, in which he called her a "f—ing sl-t," a "hooker" and a "bitch." McBee later posted an apology video and checked into a trauma retreat to work through what Page Six described as deep-rooted anger issues.

Despite McBee's efforts to repair the relationship, Eklund told Page Six she has no interest in reconciling. She said McBee handwrote a two-page apology letter to each member of her family and sent flowers to the women in her family, but that her relatives "made it clear" he would never be welcome in their home again. Eklund said McBee continued texting her extensively after the split, but none of it registered as genuine accountability. "To me, nothing felt like an apology or accountability," she told Page Six. "To me, it was more so, 'I did this because...'" She ultimately blocked him from contacting her further, telling the outlet, "I haven't talked to him. I don't plan on talking to him."

Nearly four months after the breakup, Eklund said McBee still has not returned several of her belongings, including a vintage saddle she considers a family heirloom and a horse she called her "dream horse," which McBee had given her as a birthday gift in March. "Unfortunately, he does have both of those things," Eklund said, adding that she'd appreciate at least getting the saddle shipped back in a box.

Taken together, the two storylines underscore just how much turmoil has defined this season of The McBee Dynasty for its central family, both financially and personally. Cole and Kacie now face the prospect of losing their home over a loan tied to Steven Sr., while Steven Jr. continues to navigate the public unraveling of his relationship with Eklund, whose account paints a picture of unreturned property and unresolved conflict months after their split.

New episodes of The McBee Dynasty: The Real American Cowboys air Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, with episodes available to stream the following day on Peacock. Whether Cole and Kacie can find a way to save their home before the bank's deadline, and whether the family can find any financial relief after a season of forced sales, remains to be seen as the season continues.
